Firstly, the seller was really sound in terms of negotiating a mutual price, A++ on comms. The item was exactly as described A++ item desc... it arrived in like 3 days!! Packaging is phenomenal, came with a plastic container where all miniatures were neatly packaged in bubble wrap and foam. Everything came as shown in the listings, and for a bulk price it’s very fair.

I would always use them given the chance, as its clear they value their customers. Unfortunately Royal Mail really messed up the delivery but that has nothing to do with Merlins at all. 5/5 packaging and customer care - Merlins 0/5 Delivery and Customer Care - Royal Mail. I guess everyone has a bad day.

I believe the offer was fair and offered good value. Box was incredibly well packaged which was a relief as the model is easily breakable, with fragile tape and extra padding used. The product was as described and seen in the photos.
