When it did finally arrive case was bent, and 2 of the 4 memory slots did not work. The description said it was a fully functioning unit. Seller said they would send a new motherboard, but it never arrived and they stopped answering messages. Would NOT recommend! It was cheap for a reason.

They were "looking" for the correct part for days, but each time, I had to follow up to find out if they had the item I had ACTUALLY purchased. They did not. To their credit, they did supply a prepaid return label for a refund. But to actually get the refund, I had to message them yet again. Mistakes happen, but I should not have had to do so much legwork for their mistake.
