  Start off with I hardly ever do this one, but this company was so good at taken care of the bookcase issue I was having customer service was absolutely wonderful.   It took a lot of back and forth to get a brand new dishwasher from this seller. The first one we received had clearly been returned by another customer and arrived in a created box with absolutely no cushioning and missing parts. It was badly damaged (in pieces) and did not work. We only received a brand new, working dishwasher after we started a return with eBay because we refused to take a partial refund to have the dishwasher repaired. Very frustrating experience, but ultimately successful.
