I will definitely be buying from the seller again. I have bought multiple units in the past. At first shipping was kind of slow, but after contacting the seller, they were able to get me new units right away. The appearance of both the items is immaculate and the quality is exelent.

It had what look like fire flies behind the screen, and the USB cables that I received were cut. I understand that it was a refurbished unit but why didn’t they see the damaged cables or the lights behind the screen. The one positive thing was the customer service was beyond reproach. She got took care of everything. Why didn’t I return it again? It costed me $180 to swap it
