Thank you to an honest trader who realising the item had suffered a damage to sleeve packaging in storage at his outlet immediately contacted me to inform me of same and offered a discount on the listed price if I was happy to accept item in the updated condition described. This I was happy to do and item arrived today. albeit a little later than anticipated but perfectly understandable at this time of year and given the delay glitch not anticipated. Very many thanks .

    Incompetence. Tried to place order multiple times, but seller could / does not understand how to use ebay even after offering aid. Finally, I just placed an order at the price. I was notified it shipped, no tracking. After a month, I contacted seller for update several times. I then opened a case for the item not arriving. The seller didn't respond, even when requesting to be patient for a replacement. Maybe it was bad happenstance, but no excuses were provided.
