Item was as described, but the only packing material was a plastic bag that the unit was in, and it was damaged in shipping. The box had holes in it where the unit had punctured it, and some small pieces broke off. There was no response from the seller when I contacted them. eBay gave me a credit and shipping label, and I returned the item. I dislike giving negative feedback, and hopefully the seller will be able to take corrective action for the next order.
