  We all make mistakes, its how you deal with them that sets this seller apart (In a good way). Initially I was accidentally shipped the incorrect size seat post. I reached out to seller, they responded same day, apologized, and offered to either refund me or send the correct one right away. I elected to still get the seat post and it works great!
