    The case looks great and was good value. the order was delayed because of an error with the delivery company, When thing do go wrong you find out how good a company is and Tom stepped up, he called me personally to let me know what was happening and checked again to make sure that the issue was being resolved.     I bought a purple crown green jack from this company, for my wife when trying it out I found the bias had been stamped on the wrong side, I contacted Stemik and spoke to the manager and we had a laugh about it they replace it, the replacement arrived the following day with a prepaid postage label to return the faulty one.
