    The quality was as stated in new condition of a name brand item.the value was excellent, but the appearance of the packaging left a little to be desired. I would have expected this in an outer box as the manufacturers box was damaged in shipping, which led me to believe the product could potentially be damaged as well. Thankfully it was fine. Other than that everything was great.

    Collectible doll was shipped in a polybag and arrived crushed with holes. Would have considered keeping for out of box display but doll’s necklace was missing so was not a good price being incomplete even with the lower offer because the necklace isn’t easily replaceable. Opened a return and eventually received a refund. Zero communication from seller. Listing says location is Las Vegas, NV but item came from and was returned to DE. Was a waste of time and a disappointing experience all around.
