  While the Nutrafol was a counterfeit, the seller had no clue. I let the seller know wht the Nutrafol company had told me and confirmed them as fake, the seller gave me a full refund. The seller was kind and understanding. Again, not their fault at all, they would of never known unless you opened the actual jar. Thank you for the refund and your under standing.👍😎

  Item in excellent condition however all tags had been cut out. Size posted was incorrect. Seller responded quickly and said tags had previously been cut out but no mention in description. Seller said they compared measurements with like item and came up with size and offered a return. I agree and will keep.
