    I have just received my order, it's a good quality item, in excellent condition, which is surprising as the boxes took some punishment from the courier. I have not assembled it yet, but with the excellent customer service so far I am confident if there is any problem they will help. Also the price was fair and free postage for a 103kg package is also good. Prompt dispatch and delivery, highly recommended seller, thank you.

    I would like to add that on assembly of the item there was a slight problem with some parts (out of the sellers control). I contacted audabuk and they not only got back to me immediately but they replaced the parts within a couple of days. My experience with audabuk was outstanding, especially Kate who went above and beyond, 10/10. Thank you once again.

    This Item arrived promptly - well packaged & good condition. Storage Foot Stool appeared to be good quality, for the price and looked exactly as in the picture on eBay. Unluckily for me, the Foot Stool did not quite fit into the planned changing room area, at my new Shop; so I returned it for a Refund. Return was at my cost, which was a simple process and the Seller has already issued a Full Refund. Happy with the efficient service received from this Seller and would recommend to other Buyers

    The actual item is better quality than I expected. The delivery service which is out of the sellers control took longer than they usually would. The item was dispatched very quickly after buying.But the actual tracking of the purchase was not accurate on this occasion. Imessaged the seller and they replied straight away to chase this up for me. Can’t ask for more than that. Excellent service. I was eager to set it up have a play before we take it away with us on our camping trip.
