    Spoke to the seller about one of the items being defective. Have ordered another set now from a DIFFERENT supplier as this seller was too lazy to reply or look into it. Seems the ones this guy gave had no protective wrapping. Clearly sold a used item, extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. This could've been cleared up!

    All items are sold as new unless otherwise stated. Within the packaging was a advising leaflet, which we enclose in orders which is why the seal was broken. That does NOT make the items USED! We replied to your message promptly asking questions, to which we never received a reply. The amount of customers our industry that damage products and then have the cheek to leave poor feedback when they don't get their own way is terribly wrong... a lot like your review!!!
