Audo Images immediately sent a replacement unit with absolutely no quibble. This too had been damaged by couriers (and it was a reliable and good courier too). They sent an engineer 120 miles to my house with a third unit which works perfectly, and all within a few days. I can't thank them enough for stirling service. They certainly live up to their reputation.
