  The quality, appearance, and condition of the phone exceeded expectations especially based on the price. The shipping was very quick as well. What was not great was the packaging. The phone arrived, loose in the box lacking any kind of protection additionally the listing said it was unlocked which was the not the case. Thankfully I was able to unlock it on my own. I would recommend this seller just make sure to confirm all the information in the listing prior to purchase.

  This laptop arrived 100% as described all options that were listed in the description are actually a part of the laptop! Seller was quick with communication. Would certainly order from again. While shipping is not the seller's problem shipping was lumpy and I had to file a report with FedEx to find out where the laptop was. It was due to arrive Friday but it did not arrive until Sunday. Not the seller's fault and still deserves five stars across the board!

  Fast shipping and items received as described. Drives packaged in individual ESD bags with bundle of 10 drives bubble wrapped. Minimal padding in cardboard box had me worried about possible shock damage during shipment but all drives recognized and working fine for now. Overall good value and positive buying experience.   The laptop was packaged well in bubble wrap and a large box. The value for the particular one i ordered was really good, and it came just as described and I have no issues with it. The battery was even in really good health for a used laptop. The item was shipped with FedEx which I personally have never had a problem with. It shipped fast and the bax cam undamaged.

  iPad arrived in the condition it was described as. Unfortunately, to say that the packaging job was lacking would be an understatement. iPad was in an incredibly thin bubble sleeve with minimal protection around it. Considering the known weakness of the iPad's chassis, I was disappointed of the packing job. Thankfully, it arrived to me intact. Seems to perform great, works as expected, good all-round value.
