  I ordered vinyl wrap from this buyer,I didn’t receive my item. Instead they sent me a tv sleeve I never ordered. I contacted seller,didn’t respond so had to go through eBay. They eventually contacted me back basically telling me I’d not look through the parcel right. After a few message’s and me getting a little upset with the lack of response. I asked for refund. Iv been refunded half what I paid. So I don’t have the item I ordered and payed for and I’m £5 out of pocket. Fuming,upset

  hello.1.we sent you the correct item. and we provided the tracking number. according royal mail official website,you received the parcel. there is a receipt picture. 2. altough,in order to improve our buyer's purchasing experiences,we refunded you still. 3.we refunded you GBP 4.89,this is all of what you paid. pls check the order details,you paid GBP 4.89,not £9.89. ebay can sell all the order details. regards
