  Delivery driver left parcel balancing on the bumper of my partners car, I checked my emails after my partner had left for work without me knowing the location to where it was left, I checked the driveway & street thinking the parcel had surly fallen off. Nothing. Thinking the parcel may have been destroyed car by my partners journey to work! I did have some hope that it hadn't fallen off & was still on the car. I contacted my partner to check & bloody hell the parcel was still there, amazing!

  lol. Glad that you received your item as expected eventually. They really shouldn't leave parcels in stupid places like that especially without putting a note through the door to explain where they have left your delivery. I apologise for any stress this caused but as you can imagine we don't really have any control where they decide to leave things.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID YET ANOTHER SELLER CHEAPING OUT USING EVERY TO "DELIVER" THEIR PARCELS. I've already complained to Ebay,sellers,Evri (or tried with them i should say. 2 previous deliveries were left for porch pirates. Given im disabled and can hardly walk i ask for a bit time to answer door today's ignorant a$$ done that tgen flung the parcels on the ground when he heard me opening the door then proceeded to watch me struggle for 5 min to get the parcel off the ground. AVOID EVRI AT ALL COSTS!

  Hi. Sorry to hear of your negative experience with EVRI delivery. I promise you that they are no better or worse than the alternatives, we monitor this and so does eBay. If you are constantly getting poor service from EVRI then that would be down to your specific local delivery guy. You really should take it up with them perhaps he/she needs a nudge in the right direction.
