  First, This seller only sent me an empty envelope. Second, on May 8, I had won a bid on some pearl beads at a very low price, but the seller canceled the order, saying they had mistakenly relisted an item that had already been sold. Looking at this series of events, it seems the seller cancels or causes shipping issues to avoid fulfilling orders that were won at low prices and simply issues refunds instead.
