The laptop did come as described, but would initially not start, because there had been a mixup with the supplied power supply. A bigger power supply was bought and the seller was quick to help with a solution. The seller was very good at communicating and the laptop is definitely with the money. It was a good purchase and purchase experience.

Item was packed and delivered in a very timely manner. Received without any issues. The only issue was a faulty charger which they sent a new replacement the same day I notified them.
