    The carpet cleaner is great but the seller is terrible. I bought 1 but he sent 2 to an unknown name at my address. His explanation made no sense and of course wanted the second package back. I told him that I am over 70, with a very bad hip, the box weighed 28 lbs. and getting it to the post office was a problem but I would return it as soon as I was able. He insulted me and accused me of fraud! His prepaid postage wasn't even enough but I sent it with postage due. The WORST seller!

    This guy/gals a genuine genius. Had a complicated discount code l couldn't enter. I messaged nicely denied it pretended didn't know what l was talking about. I've shopped on here 2+ decades.
