My order was shipped out promptly, and when USPS decided to take the day off this seller never did and was on top of delivery throughout the entire process. This negative is completely unwarranted- you never once messaged us regarding an issue with this order until we reached out after you left a negative review regarding our company. You state communication is impossible, if you don't reach out we cannot help. We shipped the package within 1 business day, and it was in your country 2 days later. We need your proof of payment for the import charges to send to UPS as they have no record of the duties being paid.

Item came quick and well packaged, but unfortunately one of the autos wasn't registered in Beckett's system. Seller tried to correct it but Beckett wouldn't agree to update it so the seller offered a full refund no questions asked. Would do business again.
