  I was told it would take 3-5 business days to receive the item as I needed it before Christmas. I purchased on 12/16. It never even left to be shipped until 12/20. It arrived on 12/27. The seller mentioned they can’t control UPS. But UPS had nothing to do with them waiting 4 days to even ship. And it still was way beyond the 3-5 days that they told me, before I purchased, that it would take. The shoes, however, were as described.

  Yay!!! United Parcel Service finally delivered my package! Only took 2 1/2 weeks! Packaging took a beating, box did too. All in all, items are perfect. I would buy from this Seller again, but, UPS is slipping in my opinion. Not Sellers fault. Thank you.
