  Quality was really bad condition was damaged and the value wasn’t good at all along with a very bad appearance. After sending a photo of the damaged items I have asked for a refund but they are reluctant to send the request and keep asking me for more photos which I have already send a photo showing enough to prove it’s damaged. Very very bad customer service

  All products shipped are carefully protected. During communication learned about the outer packaging is not damaged. In this case, the product will not be damaged so severely. It is obvious from the picture that the scratches are not new, it's an old scratch. Asked for additional pictures to confirm facts, but repeatedly refused to provide additional pictures.
