  Had an issue whereby I ordered the wrong thing. Granted it was my fault but u sent the item back to the seller at my own cost. They charged me the cost of their postage plus 20% so I am now down £37 and the item cost me £45. So I have no item and lost £37 in the process. Seller not very helpful and only thinking about lining his pockets. Never dealing with them again.

  plz dont lie. item was accepted after return time and only coz you said you will pay all my wasted money, we explained how much we paid and for what. but some people not understand that. they think postage for us is free, all packing staff and time is free.
