  I paid for economy shipping and eBay specified it was $33. The seller used a company who gave a expected delivery date and delivered the day before. There was a signature required which I was never informed of. I wasn’t home obviously I wasn’t expecting package that day and time. They automatically returned the package but marked it as delivered on ebay. Then the seller said it would be $168 to reship so I advised him I wanted to refund and got $51 less.
