  Surprisingly fast delivery. Have not installed yet. I would recommend seller to pay attention to packing. Units were put together and wrapped loosely with bubble. Thus the metal was against metal.... I cannot see any damage. Secondly I would suggest to have items inside box so that bubble around would be tight. This time items could move inside the box. Well, maybe I am just too or over cautious as these should take pretty rough handling when they are in the place at engine space.

  Seller was not able to read my bcm, even though my piwi was reading all the data. Seller returned my bcm and charge me more with hidden fee for no repair. Received the original bcm, more damaged, all the screws were taken out, resistor were unsoldered and was rushed out. Packaging was incorrect, seller took the chance of breaking my new bcm that I provided along with my original bcm. Seller said my parts garbage and no reason to return it to me in the orignal condition.Seller didnt apologize

  The part you shipped was burned-you should have posted entire photo- which you failed to disclose. Upon attempting to read, part would heat up and disconnect from our programmers. Not only did you not pay for return shipping, my tech spent time opening your unit and attempting to read therefore the $100.00 shop rate. Also, the part was deemed unusable and my tech advised you not to hook it back up because it may burn other components. Clone isn't possible because part does not communicate.

  Very disappointed with my purchase lost time and money with the seller I was hoping for a service that they claim they could do "immo off" instead the did a "rip me off!" I never provide negative reviews but this one had to be done seller did not want to reason with refund then did not do there service correctly and tried to say that something was wrong with my customers vehicle. Had to have ebay step in and customer just kept saying nonsense and would not agree on refund. WORST SELLER!!!

  Customer is a "locksmith"- submitted an ECU for immo off due to key programming failure on his end. Immo off was successfully completed and tested before return. Customer later said the vehicle still wouldn't start. The customer then sent other components- original ECU, used key etc. At no cost, immo off was reversed, parts were programmed together successfully. Cust requested a refund threatening a dispute and negative review- we requested codes/evidence that customer would not provide.
