However, after looking through everything, I put it together anyway and everything was straight and in the correct position. I was only missing 2 concrete anchors. I then asked the seller for a partial refund of $20, and they sent me the $90 anyway! Great seller!

I chose this seller because they are known for excellent communications and they have several shipping locations. I asked too many questions because I tend to overthink everything. They answered every question in a timely manner. I finally ordered this lift on a Friday night. It shipped on Monday and since I live about 5 hours from the shipping location, I picked it up on Tuesday. It is in new condition. Very Happy, I recommend this seller to all.
