  First of all item description does not match seller's posted pictures of the thermostat. This seller shipped the so-called not OEM thermostat in a plastic envelop and when received the box was crushed in transit and thermostat slightly bent that would cause the coolant to leak from thermostat. I informed the seller about his shipment, this seller does not care after sale of his item. This seller has very bad customer service attitude .I hope buyers think twice from purchasing from this seller

  Fast shipping, great communication with quick response. The part would have been perfectly fine if it weren't for USPS loosing the package in transit, then damaging it by the time it arrived. Unfortunately, I had to get the vehicle repaired, so the shop it was in went to a Honda dealership and purchased one for three times the price of this one. Hard to believe, but when it got shipped back, it went MIA again for over two week via USPS, before it made it back to Automart International .

  Came on time & is new as described. The price is great for what you're getting. Looks like the original. I still need toinstall it, but looks like it will fit properly. The o-rings look like they will hold up for a while without leaking. The only thing that I didn't like is that it wasn't in a box to protect it during shipping. It was in the sealed plastic bag & a bubble wrap shipping bag. It wasn't damaged, but being shipped in a box would be better. I think it was a great buy. Will buy again.
