  Unfortunately when the part was shipped the parcel was damaged but seller was quick to call to explain the mishap which wasn’t their fault, offered to send a new one which would of taken 2 weeks of refund. Bank notified the refund being processed minutes later. Professional customer service, where I didn’t get the part still would recommend based on customer service.

  Absolutely brilliant, his communication was excellent throughout. I originally ordered two of these items and he found that one was broken, so he phoned me prior to despatch to apologise for the inconvenience and offered me a full refund or he would send me the good item and refund for me for the broken one that he couldn't send, I opted for the latter option. I really appreciated he took the time to phone me to explain the situation, many thanks 👍👍👍
