Absolutely brilliant, his communication was excellent throughout. I originally ordered two of these items and he found that one was broken, so he phoned me prior to despatch to apologise for the inconvenience and offered me a full refund or he would send me the good item and refund for me for the broken one that he couldn't send, I opted for the latter option. Unfortunately when the part was shipped the parcel was damaged but seller was quick to call to explain the mishap which wasn’t their fault, offered to send a new one which would of taken 2 weeks of refund. Bank notified the refund being processed minutes later. Professional customer service, where I didn’t get the part still would recommend based on customer service.
