  Coming from China I was initially sceptical, however I was totally wrong, without a doubt this company is one of the best if not the best I've dealt with internationally and cold possibly teach the locals a thing or 2, customer service was outstanding, postage was faster than most things I order in Australia, the product was exactly as described.   Although the product seemed very good quality it did not perform quite as I expected. It's only when you have problems that you really find out how good the customer service is. When I contacted the seller they promptly sent out replacement parts for me, free of charge, which fixed the problem. I initially emailed Mrcartool directly using the email address in the user manual but received no reply. However, when I contacted the seller through eBay the customer support was second to none.
