I followed all the steps required to ensure they were aware it had been delivered but they didn’t bother to refund me until I asked where the refund was.     The 10 terminals were packaged in a cardboard box, along with all 20 connectors, (19 of which were LOOSE IN THE BOX - one was inside one of the Anderson Plugs. I would rather they had all been in a separate bag or box, but fortunately they survived transportation. No other issues.
