seller listed 2 control arms with photos. Contacted the seller about the used part. The seller never responded. Saved the listing then got a offer with a few quid less. Accepted the offer. The seller sent the new part only. Contacted the seller with the reply saying "Read the description" the seller had changed the main description which shouldn't be allowed if a item is saved. The main description still referred to one instead of "it" avoid the seller as poor communication and slippery action

Buyer got very abusive over the emails after we told him to read the discription, as the listing was for 1 lower arm not a pair, and if he wished to buy 2 there was another listing. We also offered a refund if he wasnt happy. Sometimes you just cant help people. And all this was because he didnt read the discription. And we responded very quikcly. YOU CAN NOT CHANGE A LISTING ONCE ITS SOLD
