After delivery he requested me if I was happy with my purchase, and just notified him that one of the items in the package was not with the right size. He then didn't waste time to offer me a refund for the incorrect item. I got the refund in a few days. Very satisfied and pleased that he handled the case fairly and effectively.     Quickness of processing & despatching 1st class. Even the courier (EVRI) surprised me with their efficiency, communication & quick delivery. Thankfully, everything I ordered turned-up, but have a look at the photo - someone somewhere looks as though they thought they might have a look-see, for whatever reason and had knife cut open the transit bag, opened the box, saw the contents, then left it all open and put it back in the transit box? Both Supplier and EVRI take note.
