  There were issues with delivery when item first sent out. So, I had a problem, I discussed it with the supplier (it was a waste of time trying to contact the delivery company), they suggested they would send via Royal Mail, which happened. Therefore I am pleased with how the supplier reacted to sort the issue and get the item to me. Well done.
