    This item is buy one get one free. I ordered qty 2 so expected 4 bottles as I was charged for the double order. I received 2 bottles. I got in touch with seller who want proof I only received 2 bottles. I have already disposed of wrapping as using bottles that night. I could not provide proof. Disappointed seller didn't believe me and will not use this seller again. My bottles turned out to be double the price. Well you live and learn.

    Do Not use this seller ! ! I ordered 2 hot water bottles and only one arrived I contacted the seller and they insisted they sent 2 yet the package wasn’t tampered with ! They are now refusing to answer any messages I am 81 years old with no heating allowance what am I to do ? DO NOT USE THIS SELLER
