Prompt delivery. Purchase arrived well packaged. Unfortunately I didn’t like the style of the boots when they arrived, there wasn’t a front image of them when I ordered, however after trying them on I felt they didn’t suit me. Seller was very reasonable she agreed to accept the return despite her profile stating she does not accept returns. I agreed to pay for the postage. I was reimbursed the full amount when the boots arrived back to the seller. All good.

Fantastic seller and great communication my parcel never turned up by the delivery people. Witch is not the sellers fault at all they tryed their best to sort it, so definitely a fantastic seller to try and help sort it but no luck so they refuned me my money back thank you again :)
