This kettle is very stylish, is good value and boils quite quickly, but it sounds like a 747. The item is as described and was dispatched speedily, however Evri's delivery was woeful. An email said that the parcel was ready to be collected at the appointed drop-shop yet when I called in some time later I was told they hadn't got it. Later that day it was delivered to my door! A full week later I am still receiving emails reminding me to collect my parcel. Is this the best technology can do?

Sadly this item arrived damaged and could not be used as the bottom casing had been broken off and all the electrics were bare. I returned the item and the seller has refunded my money. This is a shame as it looked a very nice item. Can not fault the seller, who was in contact with me several times. It was not his fault, l believe it was damaged in transit, as you can see in the photos below as anyone packing the box would have heard it rattle as l did on delivery. Thank you for my refund.
