Delivery was on time, however customer service is not good I mistakenly contacted the wrong seller regarding a complaint although I did have a complaint for this seller they reacted abruptly and I an horrified in the way I was spoken to unprofessionally and I am so upset and disrespected. the cot did not come with a manual or leaflet the drawers and screws keep coming undone and I’m scared about safety. I am very disappointed I was looking forward to this item, but not happy
