  Boxed item arrived crushed on one side, when opened the one wheel trim was smashed and the wrong shape/design was sent. These are not the wheel trims pictured nor will they fit a Ford. I contacted the supplier immediately. I was asked by the supplier to send various pictures, they then agreed to send out a single wheel trim to replace the damaged one. I have pointed out 4 times that this is not the item you have pictured/advertised and this is very misleading. Very poor response. No refund yet

  Very good quality product and great value, the condition was great apart from the delivery firm seem to have damaged the box on appearance. Seller ones happy to send replacements or partial refund for the inconvenience. Top seller, top product, fast service and delivery!

  Worst company I have dealt with on eBay. Ordered a set of wheel trims that took a long time to arrive and when they did they were packaged in a plastic bag so the box was damaged. Had to return them at my cost as wrong size. Company did not have correct size so I requested a refund. They then deducted £5 from the refund initially saying this was for postage and then for restocking as the item had been used. Not sure how as they did not fit! I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY His communication is shocking , had to get eBay to get in touch for a reply eventually, Sent the wrong item , got offered a return or partial refund , so to save all the hassle waiting I asked for the partial refund , Refunded £4 😂😂😂 what an absolute joke This probably covers delivery. The worst seller I have came across on eBay

  Unfortunately, I was sent an incorrect product. Seller questioned this and required photos. Correct product was not sent. Product sent back through the Ebay returns process and eventually a refund was issued by Ebay. Poor correspondence from the seller not recommend.
