On opening the item , immediately I spotted the tent was torn. Contacted seller and they offered a measly £5.00 discount. Wanted a new item but they were not prepared to send out until the damaged one was returned. As I was going away this was not convenient or acceptable. Very disappointing service and would not use this company again.
