  I am extremely dissatisfied with interaction with babywish. I ordered a pram few weeks ago and received no updates on the delivery status until I reached out. The seller blamed the delay on the factory but provided no further information until I contacted them again. They send a way cheaper pram despite my instruction to not deliver it and are refusing to give a date when they will deliver the correct prom. Now they want to collect the incorrect delivery without sending the pram. This is a scam.

  Der Wagen ist akkurat verpackt gesendet worden. Der Versand erfolgte pünktlich, wie angegeben. Die Qualität ist nach erstem Besichtigen sehr gut und solide. Es ist ein ein sehr funktinelles durchdachtes Design und die Optik gefällt uns super. Der Zusammenbau ist einfach. Jetzt folgt der ,,Praxistest" .   Although in my case I couldn’t get the Artikel I ordered due to some issues with the VAT yet the seller was very forthcoming and friendly in trying to resolve this and offered me an alternative. In the end I asked for refund and got it the next day.
