  I ordered mint pillowcases i got sent brown! I contacted the seller stating wrong colour sent. As "a goodwill gesture" they offered 20% off the ones they sent. I responded stating that i didn't want brown and could they send what i had ordered and I would return the other ones. No response from the seller this time. A refund was given although not requested.

  Wrong colour sent. Seller took days to reply to my message. Said they hope I would keep the item. I’m not very happy, I chose the colour for a reason and they sent me the wrong colour.
