    Card Packs were factory sealed (unopened) brand new as stated in the description -Envelopes containing card packs, stickers, etc. were not (please refer to photos which depict open envelope with sealed card pack).

    The shipping was good. THE PACKAGING WAS UNBELIEVEABLE GOOD WITH ADDITION CARDBOARD SPACERS PLACED TO PREVENT THE ITEM FROM BEING DAMAGED WHEN A KNIFE IS USED TO CUT PACKING TAPE. The item and box appeared new but the plastic inserts that hold the ornament in place where discolored and not clear plastic. I have over a hundred of these Star Trek ornaments and always buy the product listed as new and have never seen these these box plastic inserts discolored. New OK. MIB Heh.
