This is one the best eBay sellers that I've bought from. The price was awesome - about 1/3 of what it was on other sites. The product arrived at my front door in two doors. There was one small problem which the seller quickly resolved. This was sold as "new, open box" and the seat-height adjustment bolt was missing. The seller apologized and quickly sent me a replacement bolt. All the things considered; I'd rather wait a few extra days for a missing part to arrive if I can save over $100.

The item is great and inexpensive. A little smaller than I'd imagine, but perfectly suitable for my fake owl needs. However, I would be wary about asking this seller direct questions about the item, as you may not get a truthful response. I asked them about the packaging because it was the main reason I bought the item, and the seller described it as being exactly what I wanted, but when the item arrived the packaging was literally blank. FANTASTIC! How Buy Box Club could seamlessly offer, ship, and deliver this machine, at this amazingly low price. I do not know. This deal was so great, I wondered if it was a scam. IT WAS NOT! I would buy again from Buy Box Club in a heartbeat. Oh and the rowing machine...it is absolutely everything just as they described. This bench is exactly what I wanted. The white color, size, sturdiness, & quality of the metal bench were all as described. The first bench had a defective part and could not be assembled. Upon communicating with the seller, I was reassured that a replacement would be sent out at no additional cost. Within a week, the same bench arrived, in perfect condition. Quick shipping. Item was as described in like new condition. Odd thing about the shipping was we received info from both USPS and UPS that I was getting a package. I didn't recognize the UPS shipper but figured it was this shipper, who is a resale house for returned items.
