    Order placed for under seat cabin case. On I opening packaging, wrong colour had been dispatched. Item was in excellent condition, good quality and good value . I contacted Bag Magic who were very helpful in organising the return and providing instructions on what to do. They offered either a refund or to send the correct colour. As I needed the case for going away, I bought a different bag and requested a refund. Very helpful and if I needed a case I would purchase from BagMagic again.

    Really positive experience with purchasing from bag magic. My first order I’ve made with them.. and the first item that was delivered was actually the wrong bag (a small holdall) instead of a wheeled bag that I ordered. Contacted them with pics of what I had been sent. And straight away they rectified the order. Correct bag sent out next day delivery. All received and great product. The jcb bag is well built with plenty or storage. Looks nice, and great value for money.
