Everything as expected from the vendor, but sadly let down by shoddy delivery services yet again. Package was left (without prior arrangement) outside next to my front door in the rain, close to and in full view of the road where people constantly walk, this could quite easily have ended up being stolen, or damaged by the wet had the item been water sensitive. Courier services really need to get their act together.

Your original message was we shipped the item after we finish the quality check, but we found it can\'t be tracked, and were returned to us. I asked for you to re send the items then you responded But I am very sorry that as our QC found some quality problem on the goods. To avoid further trouble, we need to make an exchange from our supplier. Then you just refunded the sale with the goods still available for sale in your store You are very dishonorable and just don't want to honor the sale.
