  I ordered a UK size 10 wedding dress which was a bad replica of the picture of the dress I'd seen. I received a much larger size (potentially a size 12/14!) and was advised that the returns procedure was very complicated. I contacted a local seamstress for advice and the desired alterations to the dress to make it fit would cost £450!!! The seller offered a £10 discount and said I could keep the dress! I definitely do not recommend this seller!!
