We had a little trouble with shipping which after constant communication between us he was able to resolve it and was generous enough to offer some reconciliation after the delay in shipping. The Xbox itself is in great condition and even boasted some games he threw on there for me which was awesome. He even offered to provide support and any repairs down the line just in case.
