I paid £27 for premium quality winfow fim and got tin foil. Seller offered me £3 refund and instructed me to sell & fob this rubbish onto someone else. I know my rights. Ive opened a return case. Now I've been bombarded with unwanted harassing messages. If im not refund ebay has said they will step in and force him to abide by ebays return policy and refund me.
