  Have bought two Olive trees in the last few months, first time took a week before it was sent, same with second one, although they did text about the delay the second time and offered refund, it seems they don't always have them in stock while they are advertising them on here. But having said that when they did arrive the trees were amazing both times, thank you we love them.

  Ordered two Bamboo. Order arrived wrapped in a plastic bag no pot. It was one bamboo halved in two. Contacted seller and they responded abruptly. The bamboo is also in poor condition, very pale and crispy. Regret wasting £60 on this company. Very poor service and even worse quality. Mis-selling everyone if you go by trust pilot.

  We are so sorry to hear this. We have read back through the messages to us and can see you were very aggressive towards our staff on ebay messages which will not be tolerated and has been reported to ebay. We supplied a return label to you so you can return the plants to us for a full refund but you refused. With over 13000 positive feedback we think we are doing something right. Sorry you feel this way.

  Ordered this on Friday and it arrived Monday morning. Plant is exactly as described, very health with foliage and I just need to find a shady spot for it. Great value for money and I would buy from this seller again.
